Excellent hotel with helpful staff, a fitness center, and a 24-hour reception, providing everything I need. I remember my first stay when they gave me a cold drink in the heat. I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

Family room for 4 persons

Everything was simply good. The breakfast looked splendid and fantastic, with many options, unfortunately we didn't have time and didn't try it. The location was magnificent, relatively near Spilberk Castle. Located in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were really kind.

perfectly central for city strolls and park views

My stay was enjoyable as the hotel is just a few steps from Liberty Square and less than a 10-minute walk to the beautiful Spilberk Park, making it easy to explore and unwind during my weekend in the city.

Good hotel in a great location for down town city life. Very close to very good bars and resaurants. On a good tram service. Walking distance (20 mins) to BVV Exhibition site.

Good health spa - with great Steam Room - but could improve the Sauna. Breakfast Egg Chef a little slow!

our stay was excellent we had booked a double room and was moved to the tenth floor which was beautiful,very happy with the service,excellent.

The breakfast was superb 😋 The only downside was the cramped room, but the staff's friendliness made it all better. Worth it for the experience while exploring the city.

The bed was perfect, totally comfortable. Big cuddly hand and shower towels. Great breakfast. The location directly in the city is great.

The wellness area was very dark, small and outdated.

Very good location. The breakfast is extremely rich, varied and good. Very good restaurant ( Restaurant Siesta ), waiter very attentive.

Room very small, little closet space for 2 persons. In the afternoon, a group of children invaded the pool and wellness area, ripped open the door in every sauna cabin. The supervisor did nothing. Before that there was aqua gymnastics with extremely loud music. That means: Because of the wellness area you should not book the hotel, this is a cheat package!

It was all very good, clean rooms, very good and rich breakfast.

Water in the pool is too cold. I'm afraid the hot tub smells bad.

Price versus comfort,....very good value for money at city center.

Everything was OK.

I was almost impressed by the breakfast variety, but the child's chair was dirty, so we had to clean it ourselves. Strange that a hotel wouldn't have proper towels, only a hand towel in the room after waiting forever for maintenance. I really expected better than this, maybe some kind of welcome gesture? Just couldn't give a good review.

The location is really good. Near the old town, across the street from the castle. The food was ok, the rooms pretty nice.

Coffee at the bar downstairs is really bad, they serve it in some old communistic cups.
